The Coach Who
Lived It First.

I used to weigh 285 pounds. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and handed a future that looked like medication, decline, and limitations. I was a veteran — I'd served my country — but I couldn't take care of myself.

I didn't accept it. I committed to figuring out exactly what my body needed — the right training, the right nutrition, the right system. No shortcuts. No fad diets. No guesswork. Just consistent, intentional work built on real principles.

Today I'm at 10% body fat. My Type 2 diabetes is inactive — without medication. That transformation is why I became a NASM CPT7 certified personal trainer. Because I know what it feels like to be on the wrong side of your own health, and I know what it takes to change it.

How much does it cost? +
Forge Training (workouts only) and Forge Nutrition (nutrition guidance only) are both $150/month. Forge Complete — which includes both training and nutrition — is $270/month. No contracts. Cancel anytime. Payment is collected after our intro call once we've confirmed it's a good fit.
What happens after I apply? +
I'll reach out within 24 hours to schedule a quick call. We'll talk about your goals, your history, and what you're looking for. If we're a good fit, we get started. If not, I'll tell you honestly. No pressure either way.
What is Trainerize and how does it work? +
Trainerize is your client portal — available as an app on your phone or on desktop. Your workout program, check-in forms, progress tracking, nutrition guidance, and direct messaging with me all live in one place. Once we get started I'll send you an invite and walk you through it. It takes about 5 minutes to set up.
Do I need a gym membership? +
No. Your program is built around whatever equipment you have access to — commercial gym, home gym, or minimal equipment. You tell me what you've got, I build around it. If you do train at a gym we'll take full advantage of it, but it's not required.
Is this for beginners or advanced lifters? +
Both. Programming is built using the NASM OPT model which is a phase-based system that scales to wherever you are right now. Whether you've never lifted before or you've been training for years, the program starts where you are and builds from there.
How do I reach you if I have a question mid-week? +
Directly through Trainerize — I respond personally within 24–48 hours. If something feels wrong or painful, don't wait. Reach out immediately. You're not messaging a support queue — you're messaging me.
